At Organic Jaguar, we want you to feel as good as our sustainable fabrics; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all eco-friendly tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
